With so many changes in the new version of GoldMine we are now offering a special class to go over "What's new in GoldMine PE". If you have previous GoldMine experience, but don't have the time to figure out all of the new "bells & whistles" of Premium, this class is for you! |

This course provides all of the fundamentals of "What's New in Premium Edition?" Including: |

Customer Service Module (Service Center): GoldMine Premium Edition includes a Customer Service Center module for tracking, resolving, and reporting customer service cases for GoldMine contacts.
Tabbed View: Quicker navigation between open windows is now possible in GoldMine Premium Edition, thanks to a new tabbed view that utilizes available screen space more effectively. To enter the tabbed view, simply maximize any open window in the GoldMine workspace.
Auto-complete capability has been added, improving speed and accuracy during such tasks as entering field data.
Tip of the day offers helpful information about various features in GoldMine each time you open the application.
Left navigation bar allows direct access to major features of GoldMine. Buttons from the task bar in previous GoldMine versions are now available as buttons on a customized toolbar.
The contact record display has been redesigned, to remove the “quadrants” from previous versions of GoldMine and to enable more customizability.
Contact record tabs now can be reordered, and more of them can be displayed on screen at once.
The GoldMine menu system has been reorganized to be more logical and consistent. For those who prefer the previous menu structure, a “classic” view is available as an option.
