Course Overview

 
Our Introduction to GoldMine course can help you keep up with the demands of today's information age by providing you with key information about your business contacts. GoldMine enables you to easily create and manage new contacts, enter supplemental information about those contacts, schedule activities, create and send correspondence and even review reports all with relative ease.
 
Through GoldMine's encompassing scheduling feature, you will learn how to schedule calls, meetings and other activities electronically. You will also learn how to view your own activities as well as the activities of others in your office, so that everyone knows what needs to be accomplished and when. You will become familiar with GoldMine's query and lookup functions, enabling you to manipulate data and target specific groups of contacts within your database. And finally, this course will demonstrate how to create and send correspondence to your contacts using MS-Word mailmerge features as well as generate reports that detail your business interactions.
