Looking for immediate technical support  for your HEAT, GoldMine or other software product? Chose from any of the following methods for obtaining technical support:

2. E-Mail: send us an e-mail to support@sagasolutions.com. Your issue will be logged into our internal HEAT database and a certified technician will call you back within one business hour.
 
3. Remote Access: depending on your system configuration, our technicians can log-in to your system and address any issues by using Citrix, Terminal Services, pcAnyanywhere, VNC or any other remote access system that you have. Remote access allows us to support customers anywhere in the world.
 
4. On-Site Support: our experienced team of professionals are dedicated to providing the most responsive and effective service and support in the software industry.
